I have been to many Physiotherapists over the years and Trevor Tops it.. He has provided me world class therapy.. to add to this, the hydro session after the therapy was key to my improvement and pain management. and so early in the piece..…I have not felt this good in years….now I feel I have hope in returning to doing what I love..

Visited Trevor with a shoulder problem and felt so much better after just the first session. Trevor is very knowledgeable and professional and provided a clear explanation of the injury and how he will resolve it. He used heat and the TENS machine, as well as some dry needling and some manipulation. Excellent service can't recommend him highly enough.

I had a great experience with Ryan. He adjusted me well enough to feel a difference after the session. Gave me some good after care tips to prevent any further pain.

Would recommend Tess, she is an experienced physiotherapist and proficient in various areas of musculoskeletal physiotherapy. She is very good at back and neck treatments, uses the tens machine, cupping therapy, dry needling and acupuncture which is very effective for joint pains and muscle tension release.

Disappointing service that allows a practictioner to make fraudulent invoices. As the appointment was a worker’s compensation appointment, I requested to have it amended and have a letter to explain the amendment to the insurance but they decided to charge me for the letter because they think there was no error on their part.Their reason was that Luke charged me for a consultation treating one area when it was in fact more than 1 area and apparently, they say that Luke was trying to be nice to me by charging me a one area consultation. I never consented to have any payment lowered. And yet they have the audacity to send me the corrected invoice asking for payment. I can’t pay it because there’s no letter to explain to the insurance and no I will not pay for a letter. Please cease and desist.

Went and saw Ray with a lower back injury. Ray was highly knowledgeable and professional, and definitely knows his stuff. He knew exactly what the issue was and I'm already feeling 30% better after the first session. Would highly recommend him!
